We are looking to hire a part-time office assistant. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure effective and efficient operations. Must have a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, as well as handling all FAA paperwork. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks) and other office software.
